LorAnn® Better Than Extracts™ Peppermint Bakery Emulsion has a crisp, slightly sweet mint flavor with a smooth, refreshing finish - fresh mint taste with a subtle hint of natural sweetness. It pairs especially well with chocolate, including dark, milk, and white. Most LorAnn bakery emulsions are water-based, so they won't evaporate in the high heat of baking the way traditional alcohol-based extracts do, giving your baked goods stronger, longer-lasting flavor and aroma.
