LorAnn Oils' Chai Tea natural flavor is a warm and exotic blend of spices that captures the essence of traditional chai - an irresistible blend with notes of clove, cardamom, cinnamon, and a hint of creamy vanilla. Usage: 1 dram = about 1 teaspoon. A little goes a long way! LorAnn's super strength flavors are three to four times the strength of typical baking extracts. When substituting for extracts, use ¼ - ½ teaspoon for 1 teaspoon of extract. This flavor is water-soluble and is not recommended for use in flavoring chocolate or chocolate coatings. This flavor is appropriate for use in chocolate mixtures such as ganache, fudges, fondants, and icings.
