LorAnn Oils Eggnog Super Strength Flavor, No Added Color – 4 oz

All the warm holiday character of our classic Eggnog Flavor - notes of nutmeg, cinnamon, and vanilla - with no added color. Ideal for clear candies, light frostings, and desserts where you want that custardy eggnog taste without tinting the finished product. Flavor profile is identical to Eggnog Flavor (0420).

Usage: 1 dram = about 1 teaspoon. A little goes a long way! LorAnn's super strength flavors are three to four times the strength of typical baking extracts. When substituting for extracts, use ¼ - ½ teaspoon for 1 teaspoon of extract. This flavor is water-soluble and is not recommended for use in flavoring chocolate or chocolate coatings. This flavor is appropriate for use in chocolate mixtures such as ganache, fudges, fondants, and icings.
